1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sitepry ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sitepry provides web scraping services that allow users to extract publicly available data from websites including Google Maps. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to perform data extraction tasks.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System: 1 credit = 1 place/result extracted. Credits are deducted upon successful extraction of data.

Pricing: Credits are sold in packages as displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through PayPal. By purchasing credits, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement.

Non-Refundable: Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.

Credit Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Free Trial

New users may receive trial credits upon account verification. Trial credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Collect personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications
  • Resell scraped data without proper rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Access data you're not authorized to access

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API privileges. API keys must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sitepry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Data you extract remains subject to any third-party rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Extracted data will be complete or accurate
  • Results will meet your specific requirements
  • Target websites will remain accessible

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEPRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitepry from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
