1. Payment Processing
All payments for Sitepry are securely processed through PayPal. When you make a purchase, your payment is handled by PayPal in accordance with PayPal's User Agreement. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
2. Right to Cancel
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not yet used any of the purchased credits.
To cancel, email us at billing@sitepry.com with your order details.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day period and have not used any credits, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request.
Partial Refunds
If you have used some of your purchased credits, you may still request a refund within 14 days. The refund amount will be prorated based on the unused credits remaining in your account. Used credits are non-refundable as the digital content (scraped data) has already been delivered.
3. Refund Policy After 14 Days
After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at billing@sitepry.com
- Include your PayPal transaction ID or order number
- Include the email address associated with your Sitepry account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to your original PayPal payment method
- Processed within 5-10 business days (bank processing times may vary)
- In the original currency of the transaction
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your purchased credits or data extraction services, please contact us at support@sitepry.com. Your remedy will be either re-delivery of the service or a full refund, at your choice.
If credits were incorrectly deducted due to a technical error on our part (e.g., a failed scrape that still charged credits), we will investigate and restore the credits or issue a refund promptly.
7. Free Trial ($1 Verification)
The $1 card verification charge for the free trial is non-refundable, as it covers payment processing costs and you receive 500 credits immediately upon verification.
